Online Order Cancellation

We strive to ship online orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. As a result, it is challenging to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, the item must be returned in the condition it was delivered to you. The item should be packed in its original packaging, along with the original receipt. All original tags and stickers must be attached to the item. The item must be clean, unworn, and unwashed, and it must also be free of any body odors, scents, dirt, or other markings. Any body products found on the item will result in it being deemed damaged and not processed. Items must be packaged appropriately to maintain their integrity; if possible, please use the packaging in which the items were originally delivered.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that do not have a manufacturing defect but have been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse. If these conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted, and the item will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.

To protect our valued customers and for hygienic reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.

1. Intimates & Apparel: This includes underwear, briefs, thongs, shapewear, swimwear, and hosiery.

2. Specialty Bras: This includes strapless bras, maternity bras, and nursing bras, which are considered final sale due to their specialized fit and wear.

3. Post-Surgical & Medical Essentials: All mastectomy bras, post-surgical bras, breast forms, and related surgical garments, accessories, and essentials are final sale.

4. Accessories & Essentials: Final sale also applies to items with adhesive bases such as nipple covers, breast tape, and inserts; items with a crotch; personalized items; products in sealed packaging or containers; and bra accessories like clips, straps, and extenders.

5. Other Final Sale Categories: Gift cards, gift certificates, sale items, promotional offers, special orders, and preorders are also considered final sale.

Damaged or Used Returns: Any returned item showing signs of wear, use, damage, or body product residue will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser at their own expense.

Online Preorders: As we are unable to assist with in-person fittings for preorders, all online preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been placed with our supplier. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

CURATED LINGERIE strives to ensure the highest quality shopping experience by rigorously inspecting all items before delivery, whether in-store or online. Although we make sure to inspect all items for defects or damages before shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product upon delivery. Our return policy for defective items is designed to be fair and transparent. Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item once the supplier deems it defective, and customers will be required to provide clear photos or videos of the defect to facilitate a fair evaluation. CURATED LINGERIE gift cards can be used both in-store and online. Gift cards are final sale and are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards will not be reimbursed or replaced. Once a store credit gift card has been issued, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be used for unauthorized transactions. Discount codes and coupons cannot be used or combined to purchase gift cards. Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our standard return policy. Any exchanges of items purchased with a gift card or store credit will be issued as a store credit. Gift cards can be used multiple times as long as there is a remaining balance. Gift cards do not expire and do not have any associated maintenance or dormancy fees. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Store credit at CURATED LINGERIE functions like a gift card, so all gift card rules apply. Items purchased in-store and returned within the 10-day return window, as well as items purchased online and returned within the 10-day return window, are eligible for store credit. Our store credit provides you with the flexibility to use it for future purchases both in-store and online, and it never expires. Online preorders are placed directly by customers through our website using the “PREORDER” button.

How to Identify Preorder Items:

• "PREORDER" button indicates that the item is not currently in stock but can be specially ordered for you.

How it Works:

• Once you place a preorder on the website, we will request the item(s) from our supplier within 1-2 business days.
• The item will typically arrive within 2 weeks, but delays may occur if certain sizes are backordered. We will notify you if this happens.

Shipping:

Preorders:

Multiple Items in One Order:

• If your order includes both in-stock and preordered items, we will ship everything together once the preorder arrives.
• If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

For your convenience, we offer an in-store pickup option. Please ensure you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pickup before visiting us. When you arrive at the store, notify a CURATED LINGERIE associate that you are there to pick up your online order. They will verify your photo identification or ask for order details, including your order number and name.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
